At a bilateral meeting held at the InterContinental Ljubljana hotel this 02 May 2026, representatives of Marinion International OÜ, Tallinn, and the LexPat Association, Zagreb, have entered into an official Memorandum of Understanding, thus establishing a mutual strategic cooperation framework, valid for a one-year period.
As part of this cooperation, MARINION INTERNATIONAL™ brand network introduces a specialized service and benefits for LexPat members, including:
Special Administrative Assistance Service – a dedicated service for LexPat membership admission workflow to ensure a seamless onboarding process;
Exclusive Discounts – fee reductions for LexPat members on all Business Consulting services (5% discount for Basic tier members, and 10% discount for Gold and Platinum tier members).

At the Management board meeting held at Mercure Tallinn hotel this 14 March 2026, Marinion International OÜ, Tallinn, has officially adopted and approved the fundamental and directional acts of the MARINION INTERNATIONAL™ brand network.
These acts, including the General Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Schedule of Service Fees, have been adopted to ensure a seamless, transparent, and high-level service experience across the entire brand network.
